Dancehall artiste Serebral is pleased with the progress of his latest single, titled Believe It.

"It surprise me a bit how well it is doing in markets such as London, Mauritius, Argentina, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. It already has 13,700-plus streams on Spotify. Every selector on the New York dancehall scene is playing it, so it's a great look," said the artiste, whose given name is Jermaine Siddo.

He wrote and produced the song himself on his Serebral Music label; it was released on February 19. Serebral is excited to walk the path of his musical journey and wants to hopefully release an EP this summer.

"I am not in a rush where music is concerned. I am taking my time to learn the business and deliver great positive music. I am becoming a producer as well to help other artistes get on major platforms, and distribute for them as well. I want to bring other youth along who have potential and talent to deliver great songs that can stand the test of time," he said.
